In general and on a mundane level, events are likely to happen around June 1, June 8, June 14-15, June 21 and/or June 28. During this month of June, the following planetary configurations will affect some birthdays in particular:
Try not to initiate any major projects on these dark, unfortunate, chaotic and empty days (no proposals, no marriages, no changes of residence,...) because things may not go as planned or wished. The first days of June are clouded and overcast with possible stormy weather here and there. You tend to feel down and/or feel separated. Around June 5-6 the Sun and Mercury conjoin at 15° Gemini while Venus at 20° Cancer opposes Pluto at 20° Capricorn. The Sun-Mercury conjunction at a so-called "critical degree" points to talking and/or writing a lot. There is a lot of communication going on, especially between (far-)distant places. Also, some legal issues need to be addressed. The lustful Venus-Pluto opposition indicates intense and often "fated" relationship issues. Women should beware of the people (men) they meet now because, in some instances, dark, messy and/or tortuous relationships are in the air. Intense and/or insatiable love bonds are best lived from a distance. At 20° in cardinal signs, this opposition not only signifies unfulfilled passionate longings but it also reflects "dying love", a painful process of letting go and moving on. Around June 6 there can be enjoyable encounters, nice (love) talks or calls. Share your love ! Around the same day of June 6-7, both the Sun and Mercury at 16° Gemini square Neptune at 16° Pisces. There are unfulfilled plans and/or some plans have to be canceled. These can be very spiritual days, bringing lots of insight, but also beware of hoaxes, rumors, fake news and/or public disinformation and/or chaotic communication. Beware of strikes and/or public transportation issues. Mercury enters home-loving Cancer around June 12. Information, talking and documents related to real estate, home and the family are an item. Indeed, in home-loving Cancer, your mind (Mercury) is now focused on the domestic area. Still around the same day of June 12-13, sociable Venus enters playful Leo, while Mars at 8° Aquarius opposes the mean North Node of the Moon. Realize that the whole month of June, Mars opposes the Lunar North Node ! This is not a funny aspect for sure because any Mars-Lunar Node aspect is related to physical injuries affecting many. There will be more shootings, more accidents and/or violence affecting the masses, more injuries affecting a group of people, more mass trouble... Venus entering Leo, the zodiac sign reflecting creative self-expression, suggests the need to be in the center of attention. There is some passionate involvement noticeable, resulting in more love drama as well. Enjoy entertainment and also more party-time. Around June 14-15 Venus at 1° Leo squares Uranus at 1° Taurus, suggesting love at first sight, enjoyable but short-lived encounters and nice presents. This waxing square between attractive Venus and eye- opening Uranus can be flirtatious and experimental without any desire to bond. Mercury, the messenger, at 6° Cancer opposes blocking Saturn at 6° Capricorn around the same days of June 15-16. Any opposition to Saturn blocks, rejects, obstructs, and results in something that is "out of reach." Hence, some messages, information, documents etc. may be blocked, may be out of reach, may not reach the destination, may be kept or held up, may be rejected, delayed or postponed. Neptune at 16° Pisces stations and turns backward around June 18-19 resulting in (severe) disappointment(s). Re-trograde Neptune is more re-alistic, more open and disclosing even though it's bringing delusion, confusion and chaos at its station. So, better don't take any important decisions around Neptune's station. Around June 20-21 the Sun enters home-loving Cancer while Venus opposes both the mean North Node of the Moon and Mars. This is an emotional period during which issues about knowing boundaries pop up. In some instances, these astrological configurations denote passion, irresistible physical attraction but in other instances, passions may result in harming others, or "the (significant) other." These are accident-prone and quite violent configurations, the more so because Mars is still conjunct the Lunar South Node. Any close Venus-Mars aspect may disrupt harmony and peace and cause more irritation, nervous tension, and crossing boundaries because of too impulsive behavior. Around June 23, Mercury at 20° Cancer opposes Pluto at 20° Capricorn, suggesting annoyance, mental strain and fanaticism. Though you may be highly convinced of your own "truth", obsessively and tenaciously clinging to it may not work. Learning to compromise may be necessary, how difficult it may seem at times. Venus at 13° Leo squares Jupiter at 13° Scorpio around June 25, suggesting some exaggeration in your love's desires. Love knows no boundaries and there is a strong desire to please. The waning Venus-Jupiter square in fixed signs often faces big (financial) expenses. Fiery Mars at 9° Aquarius (an air sign) stations and turns retrograde around June 26, marking a period of frustration. During its station, Mars become combative, especially in disruptive, rebellious and independent Aquarius. This is the more so because there are currently 5 planets retrograde (Mars, Jupiter, Saturn, Neptune and Pluto). When 5 or more planets are retrograde, events and experiences are marked by non-conformity, breaking rules, not plugging yourself in your social milieu/environment. There is some hesitance and even resistance to comply and you may feel as if your life misses cohesion and/or direction. You are too focused on your own life to pay attention to the sensibilities of others, giving others the impression you are rough or rude at times. Also, when fiery, linear and impulsive Mars stations in the air sign Aquarius, the zodiac sign enhances the fiery character of its "resident" Mars (or to pose it in other words, fire and air combine well and produce hot air or steam), resulting in quick actions, a fast pace and everything that is based upon speed. Anger is noticeable and not easily repressed just now. Because Mars represents your energy level and work or activities, some of you may face more health issues during its station (especially when you are an Aries or have Aries rising in your horoscope) while others may be fired or change jobs. Don't buy products with engines (like cars, motorcycles or machines etc.) during the station or when Mars is retrograde because the engine may be broken, or the product may be defective or not live up to the expectations. We repeat that the whole month of June 2018 is under the influence of stationing Mars conjunct the South Node of the Moon. When Mars stations and turns backward, it's closest to planet Earth and has a more powerful, intense and pronounced influence on our lives and the earth itself -- not always in the most comfortable way. Volcanic eruptions are only one manifestation... Around the June 28 Full Moon, the Sun at 5° Cancer opposes Saturn at 5° Capricorn, while Mercury enters Leo. Here too, the opposition between the Sun and Saturn has a blocking, obstructing influence. This aspect creates a distance, especially with a male person or a celebrity, CEO or higher-up. The Sun-Saturn opposition is a separative and detached aspect and suggests a dismissal, a rejection and/or death. Around June 30, Mercury at 1° Leo squares Uranus at 1° Taurus, indicating breaking and highly surprising news but also a new direction of thought and thinking differently. Opinions and available information change abruptly. If you are born around January 22, March 7, April 22, June 7, July 24, September 9, October 25 or December 9, there is a sudden fortunate development going on bringing highly auspicious prospects. You are persuasive and can influence others easily. Retrograde Mars in Female Natal ChartsOn our web site we already delineated the position of Mars in the natal chart of women. This time, we want to go a little further and take a look at the position of retrograde Mars in the female natal chart.In our research, we made a difference between day and night births. All the results were obtained and analyzed with the help of the AstroDatabank. Retrograde Mars and Day births (the Sun in the houses 7, 8, 9, 10, 11 or 12) Most often, retrograde Mars is found in female charts of dancers, performers (especially when the Sun is in the 9th house) and/or teachers. Different marriages are possible (this is especially so when the Sun is in the 12th house also). On average, they have many siblings and most often sisters (this is especially so if the Sun is in the 10th house). Interestingly, they are born under unusual birth circumstances. They have a noted mate, lover, husband (this is the more so if the Sun is in the 8th house). When the Sun is in the 1st house, retrograde Mars above average suggests traumatic events or experiences related to the (a) parent(s). Also, the woman is often very vocal and has metaphysical or spiritual interests. When the Sun is in the 9th house, health issues often are related to the head and the heart. The Sun in the 10th house too indicates metaphysical or spiritual interests. The Sun in the 11th house is often an indication of a female with blonde hair, a gorgeous appearance and a sociable nature. On average, they are married once. The Sun in the 12th house is found to imply having many children.
