A day trip somewhere fun.

It would be a day trip somewere fun like sky diving, or a theme park or a salsa lessons for couples, or a suprise weekend away because it would be fun and it would show that the guy knows you and knows what you would like doing. As well, something like sky diving would be a one off experience that you would always remember.
