Love Forecasts for February 2006

When Venus stations, going direct, Venus has set its mind onto something. It has made up its mind. Except a breakthrough when you popped the question lately. Love becomes serious now and will bring its responsabilities too.

Venus in Capricorn (a material sign) is not only about love, it's also about material goods that you may use to prove your love. Yes, we told you a second ago, you're serious now about your love.

Retrograde Venus may have indicated some financial issues (rigidly taking care of your budget), but now that Venus goes direct, money may flow more easily again. Why not sending your lover a valuable or significant gift?

On February 6 the Sun conjuncts Neptune and squares Jupiter. Spoken about money... This configuration brings money losses (expenses that is). It may be a good day to buy something for Valentine's Day. But don't exaggerate!

Around February 9, Mercury enters sensitive and compassionate Pisces. You are more confused than usual. Have you forgotten something?

Be in for a (big) surprise on Valentine's Day because Mercury conjuncts unpredictable Uranus at 9° Pisces then, especially if you are born around May 31, September 2, December 1 or February 28.

Around February 18, the Sun enters Pisces and Mars has just entered Gemini. Mind your words as impulsive Mars in airy and communicative Gemini may bring clashes (and traffic accidents...). Don't exaggerate and try to be realistic.

Around February 19-20 Saturn will oppose Chiron just before the Last Quarter Moon of February 21 and is one of the most dreadful configurations that exist. If you're born around January 27, April 27, July 30 or October 30 this configuration will affect you directly.

Be on the guard for everything, but especially regarding business, career or parental matters. Also, it will be about past issues that pop up again. You might experience something with authorities too.

Late February Mercury will build a square to Pluto bringing anger, obsessive thoughts and annoyence. Try to keep your head cool.

Of course there can, but it's not that simple...

Clearly, when talking about the zodiac signs, people talk about their Sun sign.

If you happen to be a Cancer, this means that the Sun was in the zodiac sign Cancer at the time of your birth.

However, the Sun is only ONE single point, one out of at least 10 others (the Sun, Moon, Mercury, Venus, Mars, Jupiter, Saturn, Uranus, Neptune, Pluto, the Ascendant and MC, the Moon's North Node) so that you cannot add too much weigth alone to the sign the Sun is in.

So, it would be unwise to rate compatibility by the Sun sign alone!

However, the Sun symbolizes your EGO, your creative urges and selfexpression and behavior as well.

When both Suns are in signs that "don't see" one another, that don't know one another, then we can say that both Suns are in two worlds apart. Cancer is a Cardinal Water sign, while Aquarius is a Fixed Air sign. If you materialize this, you will find no similarity between both elements and signs.

We can say that both EGOs are 'incompatible', which does not mean that both people are incompatible! We refer to our Love Letter Issue #12 in which we revealed how to see when two peopla are compatibile.

The Cancer EGO strives for 'emotional responses' and is moved by emotions. Aquarius, on the other hand, is distant and rational, even disliking emotional behavior.

Both wills may clash, but still, both people can be compatible if their charts presage overall basic compatibility.

Also note that basic compatibility is wonderful to have, but it's not a static thing either. It's not because you are basically compatible that you will always and for ever remain compatible. Don't forget that the stars do 'wander' and enter other signs, bringing other interests and events to the foreground as life goes by. Depending on the planetary positions, this may indicate a temporarily switch of interests or a long long time change.

Basic compatibility is a must have if you want a good starting point in your relationship, but a good disposition does not yet describe the outcome.

Only an indepth delineation or analysis of both charts can answer the issue of compatibility between two people and an analysis of the progressions (and transits and eventually some other methods) will be necessary to figure out the outcome in the long run.

You can see that the words "joy with child" and "child" appear different times in different blocks. The overlapping time span for these words is between August 2006 and February 2007 meaning that childbirth will be a likely event then.
