In general and on a mundane level, events are likely to happen around October 5, October 11, October 18 and/or October 25-26. During this month of October, the following planetary configurations will affect some birthdays in particular:
Try not to initiate any major projects on these dark, unfortunate, chaotic and empty days (no proposals, no marriages, no changes of residence,...) because things may not go as planned or wished. Let's take a look now at the astrological patterns that are active this month. Around October 2 there is some study or research necessary. You are focused and want to solve some severe issues diligently. Some of you may be busy researching and/or reading about metaphysical topics. You can be opinionated these early October days. If you are born around February 8, March 25, May 10, June 26, August 12, September 27, November 11 or December 26, these influences may affect you most. Around the October 5 Full Moon Venus and Mars conjoin at 19° Virgo. This powerful and passionate combo favors the (love) life of all earth signs (Taurus, Virgo and Capricorn) but is especially auspicious if you propose or marry around these days on condition your natal chart does not prohibit it. Also, this Full Moon period is a very good one for a date or to enjoy company and socialize. All Venus-Mars aspects have in common that they add to issues related to impulsively and instinctively entering the territory of others too soon. Hence, in some instances, clashes may occur. Passions often run high which can be reinforced by the current Full Moon of increased emotions also. Friendly Venus at 22° Virgo squares serious Saturn at 22° Sagittarius while the Sun and Mercury conjoin at 15° Libra around October 8. The waning Venus-Saturn square in mutable signs represents the cold shower, blocking feelings, rejecting love and affections altogether. This sobering and disappointing aspect also points to financial restraint, money management and/or a low cash flow. The atmosphere is cooling off with clouds on the horizon. The Sun-Mercury conjunction at a "critical degree" (15° Libra) wants to talk things over, wants to resolve love and/or financial issues. Around October 9 Mercury at 16° Libra squares Pluto at 16° Capricorn suggesting annoyance, mental upsets because of theft, betrayal, working behind one's back and secrets. There is an increased need to isolate yourself from the influences of others and even avoid (personal) communicating. If you are born around January 6, February 20, April 6, May 22, July 8, August 24, October 9 or November 23, these influences may affect you especially. Moreover, the Sun at 16° Libra squares Pluto at 16° Capricorn around the same day of October 8-9 adding some power conflicts, illness and/or disturbing issues in your environment. Around October 10 expansive Jupiter enters intense and passionate Scorpio. As long as Jupiter resides in the sign of the Underworld, expect lots of abuse coming into the open. There is huge determination to get to the bottom of legal issues, often involving shared resources, inheritances, gifts, loans, insurances, investments, legacies and/or taxes to name a few. Active Mars at 22° Virgo squares blocking Saturn at 22° Sagittarius around October 11 denoting strikes, fighting against oppression, austerity and/or restrictions. Because the square is waning, the efforts won't have any impact though and one easily feels the victim of the windmills and authorities or governments. Venus enters its own sign Libra around October 14, a very sociable and accommodating degree. Agreements can be made and it's time to socialize. Around October 15, Mercury at 26° Libra opposes Uranus at 26° Aries. Both intellectual and cerebral planets point to remarks that are to-the-point but not always quite welcomed. You are able to express your views openly and honestly but tend to be contrary and tend to contradict others. Viewpoints tend to suddenly change and tact is currently missing as well. Inconsistency in your communication may result in disagreements and disturb negotiations. Documents, letters or sayings may suddenly come out into the open, and shock some of you. Following astrometeorology, most Mercury-Uranus contacts indicate wind and stormy weather. Whenever Mercury and Uranus aspect each other, there is breaking news and some emergency involved. Mercury enters investigative Scorpio around October 17 and indicates mental stamina, psychological interests, detective or research work and revealing documents and/or information. You have your mind set to get to the bottom of anything you encounter. The day after, around October 18 Mercury and Jupiter conjoin at 1° Scorpio suggesting and even adding to the revelation of secret documents or information. Legal, religious or financial information may result in prosecutions. The Sun at 26° Libra opposes Uranus at 26° Aries around the October 19 New Moon disrupting harmony and violently pushing through any resistance or oppression. This is a turbulent New Moon period with lots of confusion and sudden upheaval. Cutting Mars enters diplomatic Libra, the sign of its detriment, around October 22. Some intervention of the armed forces is to be expected to maintain balance and harmony. Giving and taking are something that must be learned, as well as respecting each others' boundaries. Whatever you now envision, keep in mind that you only initiate things to restore balance, not to upset balance. Now that both planets of love (Venus and Mars) reside in the air sign Libra, the (love) life of all air signs (Gemini, Libra and Aquarius) may get a boost. Around October 23, the Sun enters Scorpio, resulting in a Scorpio stellium, enhancing the (love) life of all water signs (Cancer, Scorpio and Pisces) and earth signs (Taurus, Virgo and Capricorn). The Sun and Jupiter meet around October 26 at 3° Scorpio. The focus is on a religious leader or a celebrity. There may be more faith, confidence and optimism around this conjunction. Venus at 17° Libra squares Pluto at 17° Capricorn around October 27-28 indicating intense and highly-charged emotions with passions running high. There is fear of loss of life too and this waning square adds to being victimized. These late October will be very hectic and busy as revealed by the square between Mercury at 20° Scorpio and the Lunar Nodes at 20° Leo-Aquarius around October 30. There is a lot of buzz, pondering and serious thinking, doing research and/or investigative work. When researching the meaning of aspects we only use a very tight orb of 1° because we're convinced this is the only way to find the essence of the aspects. Also, we make a difference between male and female charts, and when possible, differ between applying and separating aspects as well. The Venus Mars Sesquisquare in the FEMALE Chart General Meaning In general, women with a tight Venus-Mars sesquisquare are philanthropists. Above average they teach or act. They are very often born in a supportive, advantaged or noted family. On average, women with a close Venus Mars sesquisquare have (at least) one child. There is most often a separation from a parent in childhood, for whatever reason (death, divorce,...). They most often have a noted mate or partner. Also, on average, they tend to marry different times. A. The Applying Sesquisquare On average, they tend to be a criminal victim. B. The Separating Sesquisquare Women who have a tight separating Venus-Mars sesquisquare are born in a noted family. On average, they have two children. The odds are they divorce. 2.
