During this month of April there are no specific planetary configurations of stationing outer planets active that might affect some specific birthdays. Generally speaking, April 19 is a "less lucky" day. Try not to initiate any major projects on this dark, unfortunate, chaotic and empty day (no proposals, no marriages, no changes of residence,...) because things may not go as planned or wished. In the 45° dial, there are the following powerful midpoint combos between outer planets going on that will be exact in the middle of this month and that will mark this month's Zeitgeist: Pluto hits the Saturn/Neptune midpoint (PL = SA/NE) and Jupiter equals the Uranus/Neptune midpoint (JU = UR/NE). The PL = SA/NE midpoint is indicative of, among others: not being able to unfold, to be stuck, to see no progress, the stalemate situation, the chronic illness, the dark and sad period, the persisting decay and/or decadence, the rejection of responsibilities, to feel depressed and downtrodden. The JU = UR/NE midpoint, on the other hand, suggests, among others: the huge precipitation, the floods or inundations or maritime or water-related issues, to be inspired by metaphysics. Around April 1, there is the possibility of feeling separated from a loved one, not being able to express your feelings for someone, feeling inhibited and/or face some difficult situation in your environment. If you are born around February 7, March 24, May 9, June 25, August 11, September 26, November 11 or December 25, the current astrological planetary picture will affect you most. Mercury enters Taurus while squaring Pluto around April 3, suggesting quite some information or news to digest and process. There is vexation, annoyance around and this waxing square often indicates stubborn fanaticism, a suspicious mind, a single-minded obstinate point of view, fierce debates and criticism about existential topics and investigative journalism. There is now a stellium in the fixed earth sign Taurus (meaning there are at least 3 planets in this zodiac sign: Mercury, Venus, Uranus and the Lunar North Node). Following mundane astrology, a stellium in earth signs often coincides with earth-related disasters like earthquakes, earth-slides, mining disasters etc. but also with financial issues and material crises. Your (physical or material) comfort zone may be challenged. Around the same day of April 3, there are clouds in the sky. There are sunny spells around April 4. Around the April 6 Full Moon at 16° Libra, Mercury and the true Lunar North Node meet at 4° Taurus, suggesting a very hectic period with lots of nervousness. There is relief and news about a favorable or beneficial outcome. If you are born around January 24, March 9, April 24, June 10, July 27, September 11, October 27 or December 11, you may gain more confidence, feel popular, enjoy a gathering and/or experience a lucky break. There are sunny spells around the same day of April 6. Around April 7, there are clouds in the sky. Venus enters mutable Gemini around April 11, marking a period of travel or trips, being on the go a lot, and/or living (an) unstable relationship(s). After all, Venus in airy and double Gemini acts like a social butterfly and needs variety. Around the same day of April 11, the Sun meets Jupiter at 21° Aries, resulting in a highly inspiring and creative time. Time to enjoy some music or attend a concert. Following astrometeorology, there can be huge precipitation here and there, resulting in lots of floods, inundations etc. Following mundane astrology, this degree area often coincides with big (raging) fires and/or events that manifest with great speed. Venus at 4° Gemini squares Saturn at 4° Pisces around April 14, coinciding with a detached or distant relationship. There may be monetary/financial concerns as well and some of you may have to tighten the belt. Following astrometeorology, there are clouds in the sky and cooler weather. Around April 15, you tend to withdraw, feel shy or inhibited. Some of you may experience a separation, share sorrow or live a distant relationship. Expressing feelings does not come easy around these days. If you are born around January 2-3, February 1-2, March 3, April 2, May 2-3, June 3, July 4, August 5, September 5, October 5-6, November 4-5 or December 4-5, the current astrological configurations will be especially felt by you. Around April 16, there are clouds in the sky. There are sunny spells around April 17. There are sunny spells as well around April 19. Around April 20, there are clouds in the sky. The Solar Eclipse at 29° Aries around the same day of April 20 suggests a period of an existential crisis and trying to keep your head above the water. Following the keen astrologer Bernadette Brady, this Solar Eclipse is part of the 7 North Saros Series, which is told to be a very sensual family of eclipses, ranging from sudden sexual passions and lust to birth and procreative drives. Additionally, this series is not subtle, she says, and can catch people off guard and confront them with their own very deep passion which may have been hidden for many years. Because the Sun (and thus this Eclipse too) squares intense Pluto, the coming months may prove to become very intense and passionate (for good or ill) in many ways. Pluto is still at 0° Aquarius, a powerful degree of U-turns, big crisis situations etc. (we delineated this position in more detail in the March forecasts). Following mundane astrology and astrometeorology, a stellium in earth signs during a Solar Eclipse that also squares Pluto at a so-called "critical degree" often coincides with earthquakes and other earth-related disasters or issues. This Solar Eclipse might also be related to the banking world and might challenge physical and/or material comfort zones here and there. Because the Sun has entered Taurus today too, there is again a stellium in the fixed earth sign Taurus (the Sun, Mercury, Uranus and the Lunar North Node are in Taurus), focusing (again) on possessions, income, money, purchases, bills... If you are Gemini or have Gemini rising, this stellium in your 12th (solar) house, indicates some financial issues and/or concerns, as well as possible health issues. People may work behind your back and/or late April may become a treacherous period in some way. The day after, around April 21, Mercury stations at 15° Taurus and turns backward. At this so called "critical degree", stationing Mercury experiences a material, financial crisis. There can be news about financial expenses and/or losses and/or information or documents (bills also) about money, possessions, physical products etc. Issues about belonging to some group or a herd may arise now too and some of you may question whom they really "belong" to. Issues about possessions and material goods may be on the agenda. Especially Geminis and Virgos (as well as people having Gemini and Virgo rising in their natal horoscope) are affected by the stations of their sign ruler Mercury. Things may not work out as wished and some of you may feel below par or even a bit ill. Don't sign any contracts and take no important decisions just now. Following mundane astrology, the period during which Mercury stations often coincides with strikes, protests and/or manifestations. Following astrometeorology, when Mercury stations during a Solar Eclipse, it increases the odds of extreme weather conditions, creating havoc here and there. Also, because Mercury is about communication and transportation (travel, traffic etc.), chances are the current period might bring some communication or transportation issues, hiccups, outages, accidents etc. Around April 24, the Sun and the true Lunar North Node conjoin at 4° Taurus. Usually, this is a supportive aspect in that it provides more confidence, personal success and opportunities. However, if you are born around January 20, March 6, April 20, June 6, July 23, September 8, October 24 or December 7-8, this period indicates, among others: inhibitions, diminished emotional expression, unrequited love, lack of popularity, deluded love feelings, feeling down and even depressed, being aware of a loss, facing a chronic illness and/or not being able to unfold properly. Around April 24-25, some of you may enjoy crafts or creative projects while others love to dance or sing. In matters of love and romance, the current astrological configuration increases the odds of irresistible attractions but also trying to resolve love issues and talking things through. Beware of crossing lines or boundaries and know where the boundaries of the partner are. If you are born around January 5-6, February 4, March 6, April 5, May 6, June 6, July 7-8, August 8, September 8, October 8-9, November 8 or December 7-8, the current astrological configurations will be especially felt by you. However, because of the current 3-column layout, we will have to abandon that layout and overhaul the whole website to increase the best user experience in the (near) future for smartphone users anyway. It's unclear also how smartphones will evolve further because engineers cannot keep decreasing the sizes of texts, buttons, etc. infinitely. Our website management is closely following the coming trends that seem to incorporate AI (artificial intelligence) in websites. What this means is yet unclear but the first indications point to incorporating AI in search boxes to find the appropriate answers based on the website's content. If we would be able to add such a free script to our website, we will add it immediately as long as it's based on decentralized providers. Natal Venus Conjunct the DescendantOn our website we already delineated the natal planets in the 7th house.Some time ago, we also started delineating the planets conjunct the 7th house cusp (called the Descendant) in this series of "planets conjunct the 7th house cusp (Descendant)." Thanks to the Astrodatabank, we were able to find out in an empirical way how each planet conjunct the 7th house cusp manifests. We keep a small orb of 3° and divide our research into male and female natal charts on condition the dataset is large enough. In this article, we delineate the position of Venus conjunct the Descendant. We made sure Venus was the only planet conjunct the Descendant, so to find the essence of this aspect without blending it with other planetary influences. Venus conjunct the Descendant in the male chart Above average, men with Venus conjunct the Descendant in the natal horoscope experience at least one long-lasting marriage. They are generally speaking, very principled. They are also very sociable and have many friends or acquaintances. Heart issues are often part of their life too. Venus conjunct the Descendant in the female chart In the female natal horoscope, Venus conjunct the Descendant is above average coinciding with an absent father during childhood (for whatever reason). They are often a beauty and/or a model. There is a big age difference with the partner noticeable as well and, above average, they have at least one daughter.
