Why is it possible that our forecasts still can be wrong for you?
Because we only and solely delineate the transiting planets/bodies and midpoints that aspect your natal Sun WITHOUT taking into account any interference from any other natal planet/body (because we don't have your natal chart that contains much more planets/bodies and points than just the Sun).
If, for example, the transiting Jupiter/Uranus midpoint aspects your natal Sun, this may indicate a fortunate event -- which we will mention.
However, if, in your natal chart, Saturn aspects the Sun (which we cannot know), the meaning of this configuration changes completely and becomes more challenging and you may find our prediction to be wrong for you.
Generally speaking, January 2, 3, 4 and 18 are "less lucky" days.
Try not to initiate any major projects on these dark, unfortunate, chaotic and empty days (no proposals, no marriages, no changes of residence,...) because things may not go as planned or wished.
In the 45° dial, there are numerous powerful midpoint combos between outer planets going on that will be exact this month and that will mark this month's Zeitgeist.
First of all, the Neptune/Chiron midpoint is at the Vernal point or Aries point (0° Aries) (Vp = NE/CH), reflecting "the world at large" and having a profound influence on the whole world at large, as one unity and entity.
Then, there is Pluto hitting the Jupiter/Neptune and Saturn/Chiron midpoints (PL = JU/NE = SA/CH).
Additionally, the Saturn/Neptune midpoint exactly hits the Pluto/Chiron midpoint (SA/NE = PL/CH) and the Saturn/Uranus midpoint hits the Pluto/mean Lunar Node midpoint (SA/UR = PL/KN).
The Neptune/Chiron midpoint being exactly at the Vernal point (Vp = NE/CH) kept lingering on for some time already but now it's exact and thus fully affecting the world at large.
There is worldwide agony, cognitive dissonance and something weird is going on that cannot be fully explained just yet.
Things are too illusive to be seen at this time and there is suffering, a feeling of disillusionment and sadness overall.
Following astrometeorology, this midpoint might coincide with lots of (worldwide) precipitation (rain, snow, floods, inundations, ...).
Slow-moving Pluto too has been lingering on and hitting some powerful midpoints and, currently again, it's exactly hitting the Jupiter/Neptune and harsh Saturn/Chiron midpoints once more (PL = JU/NE = SA/CH).
The PL = SA/CH midpoint is one of the harshest ones to experience.
All Saturn/Chiron midpoints are harsh, especially on a physical and/or material level, but when intense and forceful Pluto enters the picture, it adds some darkness and always has a (traumatic) emotional connotation.
Hence, this midpoint may bring quite some (material and/or physical) intense and traumatic hardship here and there.
It might present definite turning points, without any turning back at all because the past is "lost" or over and "the bridge that is crossed is burned."
The PL = JU/NE midpoint combination on the other hand is indicative of, among others, financial issues, the big financial (or market) crash, huge expenses or financial losses, the big scandal(s) or corruption or fraud, fanaticism based upon beliefs or perceptions or imagination, the suppression of some ideologies, the big waste.
There is evidence that this midpoint is involved in drownings and severe water-related issues (floods, inundations, profound precipitation, torrential rain, snow) as well.
By the way, because Jupiter and Neptune are now both in the water sign Pisces for most of 2022, the sign they both rule, expect huge water-related issues (floods, inundations etc.) most of the year.
Move away from (coastal) areas that are known to be sensitive to inundations and/or floods.
The Saturn/Neptune midpoint right at the Pluto/Chiron midpoint (SA/NE = PL/CH) blends sadness and illness (SA/NE) with an intense and major turning point, leaving a huge emotional impact (PL/CH).
Things are brought to a head and transform our experience.
This planetary picture seems to indicate some kind of cleansing, a necessary transforming purge or catharsis.
There are political changes on the way with governments and/or leaders of state and/or representatives resigning or getting under fire.
The Saturn/Uranus midpoint at the Pluto/mean Lunar Node midpoint (SA/UR = PL/KN) is indicative of upheaval, rebellion, tension and stress (SA/UR) affecting a huge crowd, the masses (PL/KN).
There are possible disruptions, breaking of the rules, pent up aggression connecting the masses.
This planetary picture suggests collective mass upheaval and mass manifestations that may become violent here and there.
Around the perigee New Moon of January 2, Mercury enters Aquarius, resulting in breaking news, emergencies and some crisis situation.
Perigee New Moons this time of the year tend to coincide with cold winters and inclement weather.
Around January 8-9, the Sun and Venus conjoin at 18° Capricorn, a blocked, tense and "stiff" degree area.
Huge resistance prevails and there is no time to relax.
This is not a peaceful conjunction, rather one pointing to (legal) disputes, trying to resolve existential issues, feeling oppression and, especially, feeling the pressure of time.
Mercury stations at 10° Aquarius around the same day of January 14 and turns retrograde.
Stationing Mercury, above all, affects Geminis and Virgos (and Gemini and Virgo Ascendants) most.
Things are not going as they wish and they may feel below par.
Don't take any important decision and wait till Mercury goes direct again early next month.
Communication and traffic issues might arise.
The degree area of 10° Aquarius coincides with passionately breaking out of "the unknown" and leaving behind one's comfort zone to attach oneself to some goal.
Following mundane astrology, Mercury's station often coincides with periods of strikes, protests and manifestations.
Around January 16, the Sun and Pluto meet at 26° Capricorn.
This powerful combo at a powerful degree suggests tense power conflicts, huge resistance and tenaciously fighting for one's ideals.
Following mundane astrology, there can be huge fights and/or tense disputes with the armed forces (police) and in or related to governments.
In some instances some totalitarian measures are a possibility.
Around the January 18 Full Moon period, Uranus stations and turns direct at 10° Taurus.
This is a very turbulent and explosive Full Moon period, especially so because the Sun enters Aquarius (which is ruled by Uranus) around January 19 as well.
There are emergencies and there is some crisis situation going on.
Expect irritable behavior also.
Stationing Uranus during a Full Moon coincides with tense, noisy and sleepless nights.
Aquarians (and Aquarius Ascendants) may rejoice as their life may get on track again slowly again.
Following astrometeorology, stationing Uranus often coincides with storms and/or thunder.
Also, the station may bring snow, causing dire situations here and there.
When the Sun enters another zodiac sign, it acts like a trigger and in the current ingress of the Sun in Aquarius, it will also trigger Uranus, ruler of Aquarius.
Also realize that stationing Uranus is squaring stationing Mercury so that this combo may coincide with heavy (snow) storms, disruptions, traffic and/or transportation accidents and breaking news.
Opinions or news may change abruptly and you should prepare for unexpected detours and changes of course.
Also note that the true Lunar North Node enters Taurus too around the same days of January 18-19 (the mean Lunar North Node entered Taurus already in December 2021), adding to some existential issues that will affect our comfort zone for the coming 18 months or so.
Around the same day of January 23, the Sun and Mercury meet at 3° Aquarius, confirming or even reinforcing fierce wind or (snow) storm(s) here and there.
However, both bodies conjoin at a degree of "a successful phase" related to social gatherings, getting together and connecting, bringing more opportunities for the better.
This degree area also indicates being able to successfully stay in one's own power -- resulting in expansion of some sort (like pregnancies, getting new acquaintances, marrying, ...).
Almost always, new opportunities arise for the better.
Around January 25-26, retrograde Mercury re-enters Capricorn as well, making for a stellium in Capricorn (Mercury, Venus, Mars and Pluto are currently in Capricorn) and reinforcing a conservative, narrow and strict attitude.
Following astrometeorology, a Capricorn stellium may coincide with ice cold weather and stormy weather here and there.
Retrograde Mercury meets Pluto at 26° Capricorn around January 28-29, while Venus stations and turns direct again at 11° Capricorn.
The Mercury-Pluto conjunction suggests anger and annoyance, mental strain and a very obsessive mind.
Information and/or documents may be reviewed or revised and even hidden, censored.
Any Mercury-Pluto contact suggests the need and urge to investigate.
Following astrometeorology, this aspect often coincides with heavy wind and storms here and there.
Direct Venus in Capricorn may point to a move, a change of residence or a career change.
Money management is a given and trying to feel secure also.
Around January 30, the Sun at 10° Aquarius squares Uranus at 10° Taurus, its own dispositor (because Uranus rules Aquarius, the sign the Sun is posited in).
This waning square is turbulent and chaotic because it fights for freedom and independence.
It's an aspect of fighting against the mainstream and opposing rules and boundaries.
This degree area too is indicative of job changes, moves and enforced changes in or with some group of people.
During this month of February there are no specific planetary configuration of stationing outer planets that might affect some birthdays.
Generally speaking, February 3, 6, 8 and 16 are "less lucky" days.
We will not list them all and only mention and describe the ones we are able to delineate properly.
First of all, there is Neptune hitting the Saturn/Pluto midpoint (NE = SA/PL).
Additionally, Uranus is at the Jupiter/Chiron midpoint (UR = JU/CH) and in the 2nd half of the month, the Saturn/Uranus midpoint hits the Vernal point (Aries point or 0° Aries) (Vp = SA/UR).
The powerful NE = SA/PL midpoint is indicative of, among others, being betrayed, misled and damaged by some people or someone; the massive delusion, the damage through poisons or invisible things; the damage through water and/or fluids (floods or inundations as well); the disguised uses and abuses of power.
The UR = JU/CH midpoint is a very thrilling one, indicative of, among others, sudden revelations, the sudden fortunate change(s), the big aha-moment and insight, the sudden or unexpected opening of a door, the lucky break(s) and/or windfall(s), the good cheer, the technological progress.
The Vp = SA/UR midpoint that is especially active in the 2nd half of the month, suggests, among others, the worldwide resistance; the worldwide stress and/or tension; the worldwide leave-takings; the worldwide revisions of rules that don't work; the worldwide revision and changes of procedures; the worldwide conflict between "the old" and "the new"; the worldwide breaking of the rules; the worldwide tragic losses; the worldwide force and/or violence; the worldwide fighting against oppression and restrictions.
The February 1 New Moon at 12° Aquarius actually hits the Saturn/Uranus midpoint, pointing to some tense situation(s) full of stress.
Because the New Moon squares its own dispositor (Uranus), the energies are disruptive, unsettling, erratic and explosive.
Around February 3-4, Mercury stations at 24° Capricorn and turns direct again.
Geminis and Virgos (and Gemini and Virgo Ascendants alike) will rejoice as their Sun sign or rising sign ruler slowly starts to move forward again.
There is some progress noticeable and you are able to make better informed decisions.
Following mundane astrology, stationing Mercury often coincides with periods of strikes, protests and/or manifestations.
There can be some news or documents that mark the end of a seemingly stable situation, that point to the breaking down of lies because Mercury is now at a very "truth-finding" degree.
In some instances, this station of Mercury might coincide with the news of the death of someone.
This is the more so because, around the same day of February 4, the Sun and Saturn conjoin at 15° Aquarius, a degree linked with receiving information or news about the death of a male person.
In some instances, this conjunction also marks the decision to anxiously leave the place of residence, flee away or escape some situation.
The current energies point to agony, cognitive dissonance and some painful situation (literally or figuratively).
Mercury and Pluto conjoin at 27° Capricorn (and trine the Lunar North Node in Taurus) around February 11, indicative of the news of a death.
Some documents and/or information are released that need some further investigation.
Mercury enters Aquarius around February 14, pointing to breaking news, some emergency situation, sudden changes of opinion and/or sudden changes of course.
Some situation gets a reversal and/or there is a crisis that needs to be tackled.
The Sun at 27° Aquarius squares the mean Lunar Nodes around the same day of February 14-15, reflecting and confirming an unstable period of upheaval and crisis.
The degree area of 27° Aquarius is often associated with panic and tense disagreements and arguments.
Following astrometeorology, this period often coincides with natural disasters and/or floods.
Mercury at 11° Aquarius squares Uranus (its dispositor) at 11° Taurus around February 24-25, suggesting breaking news, traffic and/or communication interruptions.
There is great stress and tension noticeable and you better prepare for sudden changes of course and detours.
During this month of March there are no specific planetary configuration of stationing outer planets that might affect some birthdays.
Generally speaking, March 13, 14, 15 and 29 are "less lucky" days.
Try not to initiate any major projects on these dark, unfortunate, chaotic and empty days (no proposals, no marriages, no changes of residence,...) because things may not go as planned or wished.
In the 45° dial, there are a couple of powerful midpoint combos between outer planets going on that will be exact this month and that will mark this month's Zeitgeist.
First of all, there is the Jupiter/Neptune midpoint hitting the Uranus/Pluto midpoint (JU/NE = UR/PL).
Additionally, the Jupiter/Saturn midpoint is at the Uranus/Neptune midpoint (JU/SA = UR/NE).
The powerful JU/NE = UR/PL midpoint is indicative of, among others, floods, inundations, stormy weather, heavy precipitation, arrests related to big scandals or fraud/corruption, envisioning big and profound changes, the expanding uprising, the enforced or imposed ideologies or beliefs, to transform anything that is not of your design, to create new unique visions, ideologies or lifestyles.
The JU/SA = UR/NE midpoint is indicative of, among others, damage to property because of water-related issues, the general dissatisfaction and uncertainty, leaving or quitting home, travel, the exodus, unstable living conditions, the disappointments and delays that create uncertainty.
Around the March 2 New Moon at 12° Pisces, Mercury and Saturn are conjunct at 18° Aquarius.
This degree area may have to do with air crashes, something/someone falling down (figuratively or literally) and/or news about some emergency resulting in separation.
Around the same day of March 3, Mars and Venus both conjoin Pluto at 27° Capricorn, suggesting early March is an extremely passionate period with intense feelings (for good or ill).
This degree area also reflects power dictates and calculated actions.
There is dissatisfaction with how things develop and that result in separation and division.
If you are born around January 18, March 3, April 17-18, June 3, July 20, September 5, October 21 or December 5, this conjunction may indicate a time frame of making love and intense romantic involvements that may be overwhelming.
Beware of crossing lines or inappropriate behavior as this combo is also found in times of rape and even lustful murder.
The Sun and Jupiter meet at 14° Pisces around the same day of March 5.
Following mundane astrology, this conjunction tends to indicate periods of peace, generally speaking.
Actually, the brilliant French astrologer André Barbault has found that (wide) Sun Jupiter conjunctions (which happen approx. every 13 months) show beneficial effects for society if not cancelled out by other restricting configurations.
It's a very uplifting aspect, resulting in more optimism.
Because of the upcoming peaceful Jupiter-Neptune conjunction in April this year, there is no need to fear any war at all.
It's all hype and likely meant to act as a smoke screen to cover something else.
The degree area itself, however, is indicative of a chaotic period, with lots of uncertainty and feeling lost.
There is too much going on to handle properly all at once and there is the likelihood of floods or inundations here and there as well.
Additionally, gas explosions may occur during the conjunction.
Around March 6, Venus and Mars conjoin at 0° Aquarius, their second merging together this year.
This time, they gather at a degree of crisis situations and big U-turns.
Remember when Jupiter and Saturn were conjunct at the same degree on December 21, 2020 and what happened then?
Any conjunction at this particular disruptive degree overturns any status quo and changes "the rules of the game."
Also, any Venus-Mars conjunction is a very passionate, intense, stormy and even explosive combo.
According to the massive research done by keen astrologer Michele Finey, Venus-Mars conjunctions are as potent and revolutionary as Uranus-Pluto conjunctions and they act as catalysts for change in a more personally accessible and conscious way.
So, this whole early March period tends to become highly electrifying and intense, setting in motion a whole pattern that will likely span generations.
On a more personal level, this conjunction of Venus and Mars in the air sign Aquarius will spice up the love life of air signs (Gemini, Libra and Aquarius) as well as the Sun sign (and rising sign) Leo as well.
Some of you may even meet Mr. or Ms. Right just now while Venus and Mars reside in Aquarius till April 5.
Be aware that whenever Venus and Mars meet and conjoin, lines and boundaries are crossed more easily (figuratively or literally), often resulting in clashes.
Questions about what is appropriate and what not may arise.
Following astrometeorology, there can be heavy storms here and there (this is the more so because the conjunction happens at 0° Aquarius, a so-called "critical degree" in an air sign).
With both planets entering Aquarius, there is now a stellium (more than three planets) in that air sign (Mercury, Venus, Mars and Saturn), increasing the odds of turbulent and disruptive manifestations and events in the coming days.
This is a very liberating and freedom-loving week for sure and, also, "there is something in the air."
Around the same day of March 6, Mercury at 24° Aquarius squares the true Lunar Nodes, suggesting a very hectic and busy period.
Some plans may (have to) be cancelled and some of you may have the impression that you are just under the influence or the victim of some higher forces.
Mercury enters Pisces, the sign of its detriment around March 9-10, indicative of chaos, confusion, uncertainty.
There is some disappointment going on.
Following astrometeorology, there can be quite some rainfall or precipitation here and there, resulting in floods, inundations and other water-related issues.
This is the more likely because there are now 4 planets in the water sign Pisces (the Sun, Mercury, Jupiter and Neptune), indicative of a period of lots of precipitation.
Maritime issues may pop up.
Beware of storms also.
A stellium (more than three planets) in the secretive sign Pisces reflects lots of undercover and hidden events and plans going on.
Lots may be going on behind the scenes indeed.
The Sun and Neptune conjoin at 22° Pisces around March 13, suggesting another disappointment, especially in someone of the opposite gender.
It's important to just let go and go for new ideals.
Around the March 18 Full Moon, Venus at 12° Aquarius squares its own dispositor Uranus at 12° Taurus.
Both planets dispose each other and are in mutual reception (meaning each planet is in the sign the other planet rules, resulting in exchange status and helpful reciprocation).
This waning square is indicative of short-lived attractions and sudden relationship break-ups and tension.
Relationships are lived in a detached way.
On a material or financial level, they indicate the looking for new and unique ways of saving money and finding income.
Venus squares the true Nodes around March 30, confirming and even reinforcing a down period or low point when it comes to relationships (in the widest sense) and romance.
During this month of April there are no specific planetary configuration of stationing outer planets that might affect some birthdays.
Generally speaking, April 19 is a "less lucky" day.
Try not to initiate any major projects on this dark, unfortunate, chaotic and empty day (no proposals, no marriages, no changes of residence,...) because things may not go as planned or wished.
In the 45° dial, there are a couple of powerful midpoint combos between outer planets going on that will be exact this month and that will mark this month's Zeitgeist.
First of all, there is the Jupiter/Pluto midpoint hitting the Neptune/Pluto midpoint (JU/PL = NE/PL).
Additionally, the Jupiter/Saturn midpoint is at the Saturn/Neptune midpoint (JU/SA = SA/NE) and (stationing) Pluto hits the Uranus/Chiron midpoint (PL = UR/CH).
The powerful JU/PL = NE/PL midpoint is indicative of, among others, severe floods, inundations, lots of precipitation, severe water-related issues, BIG scandals or fraud/corruption going viral, the drowning(s), the exodus and refugees, the lost and/or disappearing or disappeared people, the massive loss of reputation.
The JU/SA = SA/NE midpoint is indicative of, among others, severe damage to property and buildings, the general dissatisfaction and uncertainty, not feeling well (often related to liver or lung issues), the political changes and political crisis situations.
The (stationing) PL = UR/CH midpoint gets more impact because of Pluto's station and indicates, among others, a very sudden or unexpected turn over or reversal, the abrupt disruption having a huge emotional impact, the sudden big changes affecting ICT, computers, electricity and/or the internet, the masses enforcing freedom, the liberation, the huge disruption, the heavy turmoil, the intense shock.
Around April 2, the Sun, Mercury and Chiron are conjunct at 12-13° Aries, coinciding with communication issues, internet outages, electronics breaking down, technical defects and/or damage to electrical products and gear.
Mars and Saturn conjoin at 22° Aquarius around April 4-5, trying to look for more personal freedom.
There are dire and difficult surrounding situations that block further activities or actions.
You seem to battle windmills.
You may feel alone, rejected, or have to face something alone.
Around the same period of April 5, Venus enters compassionate Pisces while Mars at 22° Aquarius, still conjunct Saturn, squares the true Lunar Nodes.
Clearly, early April marks a "bloody period" during which accidents and physical injuries affecting a group of people may happen.
All aspects between Mars and the Lunar Nodes point to the increased likelihood of physical injuries affecting lots of people (like in accidents or shootings, for example).
At 22° in fixed signs, both planets together also indicate buildings on fire and/or not being able to manifest oneself and/or seeing no option(s).
This degree area often indicates events ending in a painful separation and/or the destruction of something (which meaning is confirmed and even reinforced by the involvement of Mars, Saturn and the Nodes that blend together).
Following astrometeorology, Venus entering Pisces coincides with precipitation here and there.
Jupiter and Neptune conjoin at 23° Pisces around the same day of April 12.
Both planets (ruling the water sign Pisces) at a degree of floods and inundations don't promise too much good in that respect.
Expect tons of precipitation, floods, inundations and the like here and there in April.
Following the meticulous research done by the late French astrologer André Barbault, Jupiter-Neptune conjunctions coincide with periods of peace treaties.
Moreover, this conjunction is also found in the history of France which seems to follow this particular planetary cycle and indicates a new way of governing (government restructuring).
This conjunction becomes yet more powerful this time as it coincides with the presidential elections in France.
There are no coincidences at all and we are all part of a self-directing and self-steering pre-programmed script.
Following mundane astrology, Jupiter-Neptune conjunctions (and aspects) often indicate the uncovering of massive fraud, corruption and big scandals that go viral.
Also, all Jupiter-Neptune aspects are indicative of increased critical thinking towards governments and it's a very creative aspect also, especially in an artistic way.
In the compassionate sign Pisces, this conjunction has a very charitable effect with profound humanitarian interests and nature-loving traits.
The downside of this aspect may be megalomania, unrealistic ideals, being totally and endlessly absorbed in some ideology or belief(s), delusions, dreamy expectations and boundless imagination losing firm ground.
Sadly enough, in the past, this conjunction coincided often with a big health crisis and even epidemics too.
Taking into account that Pluto is soon turning backward to re-do some unfinished work (or re-try) and stressful Saturn and Uranus are in an applying square, we should not forget there still might be something in store for us this year...
If you have watched Prof. Yuval Harari's 2018 and 2020 speeches at the Annual Davos Meeting of the world leaders, you might understand why a "sudden health crisis" presents such a brilliant but sinister opportunity and "coincidence" to (have to) collect people's data (biometrics, DNA etc.) in an enforced or imposed way for a totally different grandiose but untold purpose (after all, as it's told, "humans are hackable animals").
Around April 14-15, Mars enters Pisces, suggesting confusion and chaos all over.
You may feel lost a bit and don't know what to do.
There are now 4 planets in the water sign Pisces (Venus, Mars, Jupiter and Neptune), presenting some issues and suggesting a treacherous period if you are Aries (or have Aries rising).
There is a lot of work going on behind the scenes but also people working behind your back.
With Venus and Mars together in Pisces now, the love life of all water signs (Cancer, Scorpio and Pisces) is likely to blossom and the same holds true for Virgos (and Virgo Ascendants).
The April 16 Full Moon squares (stationing) Pluto and keeps to an opinion but is also willing to do some deep research and investigation into some matter.
This Full Moon shines light on some matter and wants to influence or convince some group or society.
Pluto stations at 28° Capricorn and turns retrograde around April 29.
Any time heavy and generational Pluto stations in the earth sign Capricorn, representing the crust of the earth, the "outer skin" and border, it increases the odds of earthquakes, earth slides, mining disasters and other earth related disasters.
Because Pluto also rules "the underworld", mining disasters and issues regarding tunnels and underground issues etc. may arise as well.
Now that Pluto turns backward, it's important to be aware that Pluto is soon again going to occupy some of the tyrannical degrees that we experienced in the last two years, suggesting that retrograde Pluto still has something in store and is preparing "something" again for us...
If you are Scorpio or have Scorpio rising, the period of Pluto's station may present some (health) issues and you may likely feel below par.
You better keep a low profile for now as things don't go as you wished for.
Following mundane astrology, stationing Pluto is not only of importance in natural disasters, but may also coincide with events resulting in many casualties at once.
At 28° Capricorn, this station is indicative of a cool atmosphere and the "primacy of the intellect" and "blind reasoning" and calculations.
Hence, it does not wonder this degree area reflects hospitals, for example, suggesting a period of hospitalization, illness or people needing care.
People tend to become a bit more distant as well.
Additionally, the power of the reasoning mind may also point to the power of psychological warfare...
Mercury enters its own sign Gemini around the April 30 Solar Eclipse at 10° Taurus, while Venus and Jupiter conjoin at 27° Pisces.
Mercury entering mutable Gemini almost always coincides with news from siblings and/or neighbors, being on the move or making a trip.
Some of you may move, change residence or change the place as well so that you are likely nowhere at home during this transitional time.
The Solar Eclipse at 10° Taurus is valid for the coming 6 months and is at a degree of a move, a change of residence, changing group interactions, "changing the herd", being forced to change in order to survive, finding new herd or group attachments and interactions, experiencing chaotic and seemingly senseless situations and/or experiencing events that are beyond imagination.
These delineations may be present one way or the other, one of the coming days, weeks and months.
The keen astrologer and researcher Bernadette Brady has found that this 6 North Saros Cycle is concerned with the individual's relationship to father figures, authority figures or the need to take responsibility and control.
It's a time to accept the commitments that are presented, commitments which could occur due to another person's illness or another person's unreliability.
When considering the Solar Eclipse's relationship with authority figures and control, the additional fact that Pluto will return to tyrannical degrees and the upcoming applying tyrannical Saturn-Uranus square during the coming 6 months, while Jupiter and Neptune remain in Pisces, one cannot but expect and prepare for some new hardship coming our way for or in the 2nd half of this year...
Just remember, in case this happens, it's most likely the last card of "them", be prepared and realize that life may start to move forward again after that period and bring more liberating energies (especially when Pluto enters liberating and freedom-loving Aquarius next year).
Understand that one can only get liberating energies after being fenced or boxed in.
The Venus-Jupiter conjunction at 27° Pisces during this Solar Eclipse and during Pluto's station at 28° Capricorn is remarkable because Venus and Jupiter are sextile stationing Pluto.
On a personal level, this configuration is exceptionally fortunate, presenting immense popularity and appeal, which will be an important trait of those born around these days.
Both planets sextile stationing Pluto are very sensual, love to please, need to be creative and artistic and are, generally speaking, "fortunate and successful" in life.
Following astrometeorology, Venus and Jupiter meeting at the late Pisces degrees (especially nearby Neptune) may present lots and lots of issues with precipitation, floods and inundations here and there the whole period of late April.
Generally speaking, May 3, 10, 22 and 25 are "less lucky" days.
First of all, there is the Saturn/Pluto midpoint hitting the Jupiter/Neptune midpoint (SA/PL = JU/NE).
Additionally, Pluto hits the Jupiter/Saturn midpoint (PL = JU/SA).
The powerful SA/PL = JU/NE midpoint is indicative of, among others, lots of bankruptcies (this one is almost a given), severe financial losses or expenses resulting in hardship, power conflicts because of ideological reasons and beliefs, fanatically enforcing one's own beliefs or ideology.
The PL = JU/SA midpoint indicates, among others, renovations and (re)construction work, demolishing and/or remodeling buildings, to control a situation, the extreme perseverance, to do the utmost to reach a goal, the destruction of real estate, the profound changes in the social order and society, the harshness of the social and/or economic system, the total reversal to plans previously made.
On a more personal level, the latter meanings may apply to you this month if you are born around January 18, March 4, April 18, June 4, July 21, September 6, October 21-22 or December 5.
The Sun and freedom-loving Uranus conjoin around May 4-5 at 14° Taurus, a degree area related to freedom-driven urges connected to the herd or community and/or issues about stability and security.
It often coincides with material and/or financial crisis situations and losses.
Regaining freedom often demands to get rid of material goods or may come at a (financial) cost.
Following mundane astrology, this conjunction at 14°-15° Taurus might show turmoil and disruptions for a large group of people with material and/or financial consequences.
In other words, material damage, damage to property because of natural disasters, earthquakes, storm, blackouts etc. is to be expected as well.
Around May 10, Mercury at 4° Gemini stations and turns backward.
As usual, stationing Mercury above all influences Geminis and Virgos most (as well as Gemini and Virgo Ascendants), resulting in feeling down or lacking zest or experiencing things that don't go as wished for.
There might be some health issues as well.
It's not recommended to make any decisions right now and you better wait till Mercury turns direct again around June 3.
Following mundane astrology, stationing Mercury often coincides with strikes, protests and manifestations, the more so when Mercury stations in Gemini.
Additionally, expect transportation and traffic issues or disruptions here and there.
Communication in whatever way or form may go awry and you may have to rewrite or reconsider texts, analyses, reports etc.
Expansive Jupiter enters pushy Aries around the same day of May 10-11, suggesting some publicity, important publication and/or announcement that gets lots of (worldwide) attention.
Jupiter feels very well in Aries as they both share the same element and energetic drive.
There is a lot of (self-)promotion and even propaganda going on.
The Sun conjoins the true Lunar North Node at 22° Taurus around May 13, pointing to an unstable period (actually, the whole month is unstable but around this period it's coming to a climax).
Emotions tend to run high and in Taurus, the sign of a ruminant, things take time to process and assimilate.
Following astrometeorology, any period during which the Sun is conjunct or square the Lunar Nodes, there is an increased risk of floods, inundations and/or natural disasters due to tidal effects.
This can be an uncomfortable period during which our comfort zone can be hit here and there.
Around the same day of May 15-16, the Sun at 24° Taurus squares Saturn at 24° Aquarius while a Lunar Eclipse at 25° Scorpio is active too.
This means that Saturn actually squares the (perigee) Full Moon.
When analyzing this particular mid May astrological configuration, we get the following pieces of the puzzle:
there is a Lunar Eclipse (a Full Moon)
which is also a SuperMoon (at perigee the Moon is closest to the earth and thus having its highest effect on the planet)
that happens at 24°-25° in fixed signs
and that is squared by restrictive and stern Saturn
Saturn is the apex planet of this fixed T-square that involves this Sun-Moon opposition so that it can be delineated as a midpoint combination (Saturn is at the midpoint of the Sun and the Moon).
From this point of view, this powerful configuration indicates, among others, sadness, to feel down, to be restricted, the delays, the lack, to share sorrow, the loss or lack of energy, the separation, the inhibitions, to renounce or to give up something (or someone), the restrictions preventing progress.
In fixed signs in which restrictive Saturn is the apex planet, this T-square is quite rigid and intensely purposeful and very fixated on exercising tight control over people and situations.
There is rigid control over material goods and money/finances as well (the Taurus-Scorpio axis is always related to money and possessions).
Defensive inhibitions tend to result in emotionally stifling relationship issues (in the widest sense).
The 24°-25° degree area in fixed signs tends to coincide with difficult living circumstances and situations that are meant to tear you away from "the old" and bring you to "the new."
Hence, this configuration will enforce or impose moves, changing the residence, trying out something new (like a new career or job, new hobby, new relationship etc.).
It might break up your comfort zone.
This degree area is one of the transition (and "gypsy") degrees, indicating being on the move and/or not feeling "at home" anywhere and lots of things starting to move with changes happening all over.
New horizons await you after this configuration, and if you are flexible and willing to let go old habits and situations asap, this transition will go more smoothly because the changes will come anyway (in an enforced or imposed way).
These are not comfortable degrees at all because you may feel stuck between the devil and the deep sea for the moment, tearing you apart.
Some of you might feel quite uprooted.
Understand that sticking to the old (the past) will increase tension and stress unnecessarily.
Following astrometeorology, this SuperMoon configuration increases the odds of natural disasters, floods, inundations and storm tides etc.
Mars and Neptune conjoin at 24° Pisces around May 18, suggesting a period of a lack of zest and wasted energy, whatever you try or do.
Some of you may be shocked, paralyzed and the best is to not waste your energy and just let things go.
If you are born around January 14-15, February 13-14, March 14-15, April 14-15, May 15-16, June 15-16, July 16-17, August 17-18, September 17-18, October 17-18, November 16-17 or December 16-17, health issues may keep you down.
This degree area often coincides with strikes, protests and manifestations on a mundane level.
Also, Mars-Neptune combos often coincide with (wild)fires.
Around May 20-21, the Sun enters Gemini, indicating lots of travel, being on the move, making trips, changing the place often.
Some of you may meet or contact a sibling or neighbor.
This is the more so because the Sun and retrograde Mercury conjoin at 0° Gemini around the same day of May 21.
You may encounter someone you have not met since quite some time.
Retrograde Mercury re-enters Taurus around May 23, pointing to some sad news because Mercury is currently at the Fixed Star of the weeping sisters.
Mars enters its own sign Aries around May 24-25, presenting an active time with lots to do.
However, with a stellium currently in Aries (there are 4 bodies in Aries: Venus, Mars, Jupiter and Chiron), late May marks a treacherous period if you are Taurus or have Taurus rising.
Take care of your health and some confinement, isolation or seclusion might be likely.
There is quite something going on behind your back and/or behind the scenes.
Following mundane astrology, there may be interventions by "the Armed Forces" around this ingress of Mars.
